This course offers the first part of basic concepts of quantum theory of solids. The
course covers crystal structures, crystal diffraction, lattice vibrations, free electron
theory, and band theory of solids.

Purpose of the Course
The aim of this course is to introduce the students to the advanced concepts of analogue electronics. The primary objective of this course is to understand and implement the advanced electronic circuits, specifically transistor amplifiers, and perform theoretical and practical problem solving.
