Course Objectives
This course aims at providing students with an understanding of the nature of the policy analysis and project management. It will introduce the learners to the policy analysis and project management processes, types and processes of policy analysis in projects, the importance of policy analysis in projects, project management life cycles barriers in policy analysis, project analysis, project selection, project ideas generation and screening, project feasibility and analysis studies, sensitivity and market analysis ,market demand and project sensitivity analysis and financial analysis etc.
