Purpose of the course: 

The purpose of this course is to  equipping the learner with human resource management practices in the organization set up


Purpose of the course

The purpose of the course is to enable learners to understand and utilized quantitative techniques in making management decisions. The course provides an overview of quantitative methods used for modelling of business problems whose solutions are then sought through the use of mathematical and statistical tools.

To equip the learner with management knowledge, skills and techniques for survival of organization in the dynamic and competitive world

1.      Discuss the functions of management as applied to modern organization

2.      Identify and analyze emerging management and organizational issues in the millennium error

3.      Assess constraints and challenges faced by managers at global level and measures that should be taken to overcome them
